Terms and Conditions
The 100% Taste-Back Guarantee (the Guarantee) is open to residents of New Zealand who purchase the product online, from a store, supermarket or event where Radical Dog dog biscuits are available for retail sale. This offer is not available for trade (commercial) or for wholesale purchasers, nor employees of Radical Dog, its associated companies, and agencies associated with the offer and their immediate families, who are all ineligible to claim.
The Guarantee is only applicable to Radical Dog products, and excludes all Cherryvite products.
Radical Dog will honour all valid claims received within 7 days of purchase.
If your dog does not like Radical Dog, tell us in no less than 15 words why you were not satisfied with the product and we’ll refund the purchase price (excluding any postage or handling).
To claim your money back, download a printable claim form from here, then follow these steps:
Complete your contact details on the claim form, (we will only use your details if we need to contact you to process your claim or if you tick the optional box to indicate you would like to hear more from us about Radical Dog in the future).
Tell us in no less than 15 words why you were not satisfied with the product.
Attach your original purchase receipt for the eligible purchase.
Send the completed claim form along with any remaining product to:

- A maximum of one claim per household will be accepted for an Eligible Purchase. "Household" is classified as same street address.
Radical Dog will only accept claims with an original purchase receipt showing an Eligible Purchase. The Guarantee is limited to the cost of the Eligible Purchase price.
Radical Dog reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims received and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process. Any claim not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
Radical Dog is not responsible for any mail lost, delayed or misdirected, or illegible claims.
These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 [NZ]) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
All valid claims will receive a refund for the purchase price paid by the claimant as shown on the original purchase receipt attached to their claim.
Valid claims will be processed and posted to claimants within 14 days of receipt by Radical Dog's handling house. Claimants should allow 6 weeks from the date they post their claim for delivery of their refund. The refund will be delivered in the form of a cheque made payable to the name and address provided in the claim form.
Each claim becomes the property of Radical Dog.
